Steam Skin New UI - 04.04.2010

Hey,
This is a Steam Skin i'm working on.
Trying to make it similiar to my previous skins (before the UI update).
Or
Make it as close to "Area-o4 [link] " by *heylove [link] as possible/make it look nice.

Changes/Updates:

Changed "Dialog BG" to white/cream
Changed the scrollbar icons
Changed selected text colour
Changed selected text background colour

Changed "BaseFont" from Arial to "Avant Garde"
Changed minimise/close/etc buttons
Changed colour of 'mouseover' scroll bar

Changed "Clienttexture2.tga" to create a titlebar
Changed "Clienttexture3.tga" to blank (Invisable)
Changed "Clienttexture4.tga" to black (Invisable)
